Dear Developers,

I always enjoyed Cities Skylines on my PlayStation and I love the Pedestrian Areas Update.
But, for a few months now, i’m having trouble with the Pedestrian Streets in the Commercial Zones. For Some reason, only the ones with the Bus Lanes, Trolleybus Wires, or Tram Tracks seem to be Pedestrian accessible from regular streets, which leads to the Notification “Not enough Costumers” above the Stores and eventually turn my Commercial zones into Ghosttowns. Everything seemed to work just fine before I installed the next upcoming Updates / DLC’s. I’m not sure since when this Problem started.
I’m playing the PS4-version on a PS5.
I’m wondering of this is a known Bug yet, and I hope that your Team will be able to fix this.

Yours Sincerely,
A huge Cities Skylines Fan!
