Perm need for HAB in TfG II

We need a perm for a 2nd class power Austria in Thirst for Glory II. It's rather screwed, but hopefully the GM will edit loans and inflation away as a least for you to survive.

Apart of the European lands it has also got some Caribbean Islands and cna become a colonial. The navy is pretty decent.

Your ally is France and hopefuly Spain will be so.

I leave at the end of January, so I can't really be a perm, but if you want me to sub them until I leave it would give you time to find a decent perm.
