Our Portugal player is going for his military service. So we need a new player in Portugal. We are in 1792, Portugal is in great shape and they are first in Naval Tech and a good fleet and good income.

The crew is not that Newbie anymore.

I think it's about 2 am, but I'm not entirely sure... isn't there some kind of calculator to be found on the internet?

I've been converting the time myself but im not too sure if I am doing it correctly. Thats why i asked on the board as well. Just to make sure. But yeah I got 2 am as well so i cant do it either.
