permanent 0 victory points????

Dear people,
I am playing a single player Grand Campaign as England with
EU version 1.07b. I have won battles, annexed the whole
of Scotland, started colonies,...
But my victort points are 0, the victory points of all
the major countries are 0. What is going on???
Please help!

You definetely didn't turn counting of Victory Points ON. Default setting is OFF for some strange reasons . Unfortunatley once you started your scenario you can'tchange that setting.

Actually, you can set victory points (Base Victory Points) to ON when you load a savegame. You don't get victory points for what you already did, but it does start them from the point when you load the scenario.

(I just did this in my Grand Campaign... first one, as Russia. 8) )

It will be defaulted to ON in 1.09 =)

Any idea why they never have been off in my game ?? They're on by default for some reasons and I have had many re-installs to witness this.
