Playing as Finland, got stomped by the Russians. The surrender event comes up and they want two pieces of territory. (I didn't fight nearly as well as the real Finns, so maybe I shouldn't have gotten this? But I still had 3 provinces left.) I agree, since the alternative is all my troops are wiped out.
One of the provinces they want, I have a large stack of guys on, and another stack is retreating onto it, having lost a battle in a nearby province. The entire stack that was sitting there is eliminated, all the Russian units are out of my territory (presumably teleported back to their starting positions), and I have but one stack of troops remaining, the stack retreating into what is now foreign territory.
It is impossible for me to redirect them. I wait until the appointed time for them to arrive, thinking they will just bounce, but they are still retreating. I cannot do anything else with these troops.
Plus, I'm pissed that all my troops got eliminated; I don't think that was one of the terms of surrender.
So there is one definite bug, and one "feature" that I would consider a bug, and since I'm stuck with Fog of War, I can't tell if the Russians also got screwed.
