Permanently locked in regiency because of interaction distance

Description​

I somehow got locked in a never ending regiency because my benificiary became Queen of Jerusalem after a crusade. This meant that she was to far away for me to interact with and to "personally" dismiss her as my regient even though i was at home in my own duchy.

Steps to reproduce​

Have benificiary of a crusade as acting regient, and have her become the ruler of a distant land.
