Persia Game Crashes on September 04, 1732, Windows 10, EU4 v1.37.2.0 Inca (7a4b)

I am attempting to get the achievement for Completing the Persian Mission tree, and I'm having trouble doing some of the missions, so I changed my level 3 government reform from Court of Art and Culture to Decentralized Beauracracy for more estate loyalty. This is when my game started to lag very heavily, and nearly crash every month at random points within the month. It eventually came to a point where on the date September 4, 1732, it will always crash.
I attempted to switch back to Court of Art and Culture and that didn't work.
I attempted to change my country name to Iran and that didn't work.
Some events associated with it I thought was a Propagate Religion in the Lahore trade node completing so I stopped that and that didn't work.
I checked the crash logs and a lot of it had to do with missing textures so I turned the graphics all the way down to minimum and reset the message settings (because someone on reddit said that would be a potential fix) and that didn't work either. I've tried deleting all my armies, forts, ideas, and nothing has worked, the game will always crash on September 4, 1732.

I own all the EU4 DLC and they are all active in the playthrough
Ironman mode

I really hope I can fix this issue because I've put like 20 hours into this run and I don't wan to lose out on this damn achievement.
Additionally the run was a Qara Qoyunlu -> Shia Persia run, not sure if that will affect anything.

I had a look at your save. It didn't crash for me, but it was freezing for a long time on some dates. The issue is caused by the British-Aztec imperialist war which involves GB and all their colonies and Spain and all their colonies, because the Aztecs are a mesoamerican tributary of Spain. In some situations, the peace deal calculations in such big colonial wars take a very long time. I melted your save and switched over to the Aztecs and clicked on the button to suggest a peace deal(which froze the game for about 30 seconds) and I got this deal for 39 warscore:

I can offer you one workaround: I modified your save to switch the player country to the Aztecs and attached it here. You can load it and make a reasonable peace deal with great britain, but you must not unpause, because the AI will likely do bad things to your country in some way. Then you can save the game and attach that save here and I can modify it again to switch your country back to Persia.

After seeing what you said about it just being really slow for you instead of crashing, I am now playing it through on 2 speed. There is still a lot of stuttering and if I need to do anything in the menus I need to pause so the game doesn't seize up.
It is strange that this performance issue is occuring now though, because I had just finished up the KHAAAAN achievement and a World Conquest and didn't have any kind of lag this bad. I wonder what the issue is this time?
But for now though thank you for the help, I'll just be slogging through on 2 and 1 speed for now!

It is this particular war. Big colonial wars decrease performance in general, but that the game hangs for many seconds during the peace deal calculation only happens in a few cases.
