Persia: It's blank!

So, I was wondering, it seems Calipah or Matty intended to make Iran/Persia a more playable nation, and just never ended up happening? That is once il-khanate forms it. It seems the base work for a surviving il-khanate to become Persia was laid out, and I was wondering what Calipah and Matty were going to do for that..?

One of a long list of projects to be done.

No plans. It just needs someone who cares about it and has the time.

Someone will come along. Just as someone eventually did for Saxony.

I don't see how the name Iran fixes that "problem". It was used at times to include regions that would make it more like "greater Iran"/Persia.
