I really don't get the drama.
If you want the game and want to sign the "facebook petition" just "like" the page.
If you don't or don't wanna use facebook it's your choice, nobody is forcing you.
Complaining about FB or the thing won't make it better.
As I wrote in a previous post, Paradox has been saying for a while - we'll go wherever the fans are; be it this forum, facebook, twitter, reddit or any other major community hub that works.
There are thousands of Paradox fans on facebook and this is, in part, an effort rally them around a flag.
And no, we won't stop caring about the forum or forget about hard core paradoxians just because we're doing something new.
I should put a disclaimer about it in my sig.
Expect a more official announcement about the thing during the week, now that I'm back from E3.

Look, just sign the FB petition. Who cares, make a fake name and like it. If you continue to use this thread as a forum for your FB complaints, I will request it be closed. Just sign this petition or don't.
I'm sure they'll change their Facebook page now that you've said that.
I wouldn't have heard about the FB petition (as I'm not a member (anymore)), if there weren't complainers here. So now I can consider if I sign up there...
