RULES
Please review these carefully. Thanks to Cpt. Archer for the excellent ruleset.
1. Resource Trading:
1.1. The Axis will trade on January 2, 1936
1.2. The Allies and USSR may not trade until the game has been started after Axis trading
1.3. The Allies and USSR may not trade for rares unless their IC gives them a deficit of rares
1.4. Players may accept any trade offered by an AI nation
1.5 Players may only initiate trade deals with the US at 100%.
1.6 After Lend-Lease, Allies are allowed to initiate trades at 50%.
1.7 After SU is DOW'ed by Axis, SU is allowed to initiate trades with US at 50%.
1.8 US is allowed to trade freely with any nation that is in war with the same enemy as the US.
2. Diplomacy
2.1. No nation is allowed to Ally any of the parties in the SCW. This lasts untill Vichy fired.
2.2 No nation is allowed to declare war on Republican Spain or Nationalist Spain prior to Vichy
2.3. Couping of player controlled countries is forbidden.
2.4 SU is not allowed to DOW prior to the Danzig Event.
2.5 No crazy alliances, like comintern France or Allied Japan.
3. Events
3.1. Game will be saved prior to Anschluss, Sudetenland and Munich Event. Should the Event go unhistorical, the German player is allowed to ask for a rehost of prior save. Should the German decide to accept unhistorical outcome, 3.1 is void.
3.2. France must accept Vichy if offered.
3.3. SU must accept Bitter Peace if offered.
3.4 Italy can join axis on september 1, 1939
3.5 Germany will declare war on September 1, 1939
3.6 If the Czechs refuse to cede the provinces then Germany may declare war on Czech upon their refusal.
4. USA
US is allowed to join Allies/DOW Axis if domestic sliders permit* when:
4.1. December 7, 1941
4.2. Immediately after UK has been invaded. Repelling an invasion resets this counter
4.3. Immediately after any invasion of an American country
4.4. Immediately after any 2 key SU cities are taken (Leningrad, Moscow, Stalingrad)
4.5. Immediately after any 2 key SU cities are surrounded.
5. SU and the MR-Pact
5.1 USSR must accept and honor the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact.
5.2 USSR must accept the Finnish Winter War event.
5.3 USSR cannot declare war on Germany until June 22, 1942
6. Japan
6.1. Japan may not declare war on USA/Allies/USSR prior to December 7, 1941 (or may DOW sooner if Pearl Harbor event in the game occurs).
6.2 Japan will declare war on Allies/USA on December 7, 1941.
7. General
7.1. No use of any exploits or cheating of any kind. If you suspect that something you are planning is questionable, pause the game and ask the host or the group in general for a clarification. Anyone violating this policy will be immediately banned from continuing.
7.2. No 'phoney-wars' - Wars declared should be fought to a peace or annexation (ie. no eternal wars with Ethiopia as Italy or a Chinese warlord as Japan)
7.3. Play mean, but fair
7.4. No more than 12 divisions may conduct an amphibious invasion from transports. Divisions committed to the battle by other means do not count against the 12-division limit
7.5. No influencing player nations or the United States
7.6. No more than 24 divisions may garrison an urban capital
7.7 Amphibious invasions must use the Amphibious Assault mission order, or unload from the sea zone containing the beach symbol.
7.8 Post here if you know you are gonna miss a match
7.9 The game manager will be the only one responsible for cheating and abuse issues , all request on those matters should pass by him first.
7.10 No redeployment of units about to be encirled/outflanked
7.11 No disbanding of units about to be destroyed
7.12 No stationing of Land Forces (Infantry, Armor, Marines, etc.), Air Force or Navy on other allied country to save supplies prior to war
7.13 Each team may look at game saves of their own team (ie. France/UK may look at saves of each other to discuss game strategy) but may not look at game saves of the Axis countries.
7.14 The group will not wait longer than 15 minutes after the scheduled game start time for late players who are having router issues, no show, etc. The host will either substitute another player at his discretion or allow the AI to take control of the missing players country
