Photoshop Plug-In Installation?

How do you install the Photoshop plugin? On the wiki page it says "Run the installer" but I cant find the installer for the Photoshop plugin. I got everything else completed correctly and I got the MEL working fine but cant find the installer for the plugin. Where is this located or the files that I need:

• TextureExporter (save textures as .TGA, and assembles textures to .dds files to game folder)
• GuiExporter (batch save tool)

The Photoshop plugins should be included in the Maya Exporter Installer. If you open up your Photoshop and check under File > Scripts, do you have them there?

Nope, they aren't there.
