PIII 450 Enough to run Victoria?

Hey Cast. I'm not sure if you would remember, but some time ago I had the same problem as Some_guy did, that I blow away all the requirements for the game, I did all the things you mentioned (and then some), but I still get this EXTREMELY annoying lag between EVERY SINGLE DAY in gameplay (emphasis not to be rude, just showing my utter annoyance). Is there any possible way to get a detailed one-on-one analysis? Maybe this could help solve Some-Guy's problem too.

Please PM me, or tell me to start a new thread or something; I have every other paradox game and they all run very smoothely.

Well If you are not having problems with other Paradox games I suspect it is a different problem than Some-Guy's, since his is more generally effecting other games as well.
Go ahead and bump your thread and I will take another look.
Basically If I have the last post in a thread I ingnore it until there is a new post that is how I track what needs attention.
So if you ever want attention to an old thread, just post in it.
