I have had two of the named pilot events spawn, Squire and Archangel while I was on priority missions in directorate space. "now available in the hiring hall" that you can't access due to hostile sector. Is this intended? I doubt it very much, and as a result I have two of the special pilots that I cannot acquire in this save.
