Placement Issues

Hello, I don't know if this is widespread but the recent update 'The Clink' every once and awhile when trying to place a bench, TV, table, etc.. The item your trying to place wound not follow the cursor so it is impossible to place anything where you want it. The image shows it happening on the menu and is the exact same thing when building your prison.

I have found that is happening when I launch the game windowed, in full screen it was fine.
Do you use it in windowed or full screen?
