Planes don't upgrade after BF-109K

Has anyone else noticed this issue?

I have the DD1.3a patch installed and, playing as Germany, my interceptors don't upgrade to jets after I research the jet interceptor tech.

There are two inteceptor upgrades located in 'Secret Weapons' (Basic Rocket Inteceptor and Improved Rocket Inteceptor).

Inteceptors go through these 2 rocket upgrades then the turbojet upgrades.

Ah, another difference between DD and HOI2.
