I read, that the recent DLC introduced Bugs into the Base Game, no matter whether you bought them or not. Has that been fixed?

If you only want to play on the surface + the last patch with trains, you can play, but once you go underground, there are invisible stones, stones that can't be removed, etc. I played for a while after the trains were released and they didn't fix much. I'm sure there's someone here who's actively playing it by now, but there was no patch after the last big one.

I just intend to play the base game + Green Planet DLC. I own nothing else. Would that work?

yep that would work i think. but the underground is bugged still. i just axed my dwarf achievement run because a couple underground buildings flickered on and of murdering my newly arrived colonists. The game for some reason assumes that the building does not have enough power and shuts of only to turn back on and of the next milisecond hence the flickering.

some invisible rubble and rubble that your drones do not want to remove can be clicked on and removed with the keyboard delete or backspace key. do not recall exactly. but i could play fine with those in the underground. it is weird buy hey. it worked.

that also works for cables, you can not see that you clicked on it but delete key (or backspace.. as i said, i forgot) does work here too.
