I was wondering but are there any good mods for playing Nubia? (particularly character profiles, since the Nubians were historically black but the game only really represents Europeans and Muslims)

No, there are no 'black' characters face-mods.

But my mods do have Nubian culture, with Nubian character names and dynastie-names.

Well, Nubian culture characters could just be assigned random pictures of Boondocks characters, lol.

There are only two face sets: light (European) and dark (muslim). No way to add another one.
