This game has awesome potential, but at moment it is way too easy, and campaign to short. I can finish game in 1922-23. I want game to last into 1928-29.

The enemy A.I. is way to weak, they are not aggressive enough, they don't forge alliances against you that are of any threat.

I am playing without exploiting bugs, or broken systems - such as the A.I. prepared to use all their money buying any junk off you or alcohol they don't need. I'm also not rushing straight to safehouses, but realistically when I hit 5 gangsters I sure could and basically end game safehouse after safehouse.

Maybe the A.I. gangs need a head start with control of half an area with business built up, like I said the def need to be more aggressive expanding, and they need to have same amount of elite gangsters like u, I go in with 5 or 6 vs 2 or 3 and some guards, and really I can't lose.

Must change so can't just hit safehouses without decimating their empire

Maybe the families at start are in a truce/alliance, with a commission overtop, so if you attack early without building up an empire, they all attack you, could have the alliance/commission break as an event in 1922/23 in the game.

I play normal (first game) - won, next level - (2nd game) - won, 3rd game on hardest difficult - All but won, got 5-6 gangsters now 1923 and I'm at least 5-6 times stronger than the strongest A.I gangs so its all but over - I win. I build my empire, stay out of wars let the A.I gangs weaken each other, if I get attacked/ war declared on me, I instant hit 2 or 3 of their businesses and they always want peace, I give them peace and they pay me off, and in a cycle so it goes, with the A.I. gangs mainly leaving me alone, to pick on weaker A.I. gangs. Then its get to 1922 and i'm so far ahead of the A.I. gangs and can now get aggressive with little or no consequences.

I really like the base game and it def has a lot of potential. I want epic wars and a A.I. (gangs) that are a real threat where we battle for territory for 8-10 years, where I can actually lose.

If the game gets balanced and a challenge and with new content added I could play this for 100s if not 1000s of hours.

Like I said in another post, there's two ways to play this game - either pure combat or interacting more with economy - both are good but need to be brought closer together. The game definitely has legs. I've been having loads of fun with it (40 hrs) but some rebalancing will help and the eventual obligatory DLC to (hopefully) add more depth.

I could be wrong because I still haven't fully explored everything that happens and why, but they only appear to be generous in trade if they like you. If you've upset them, it's a harder bargain if any at all. Which then encourages alliances rather than making everyone enemies.

Might be good if we could sell things to the black market though. I find myself without enough money playing the economic game whilst those playing the brute force one apparently find themselves with more than enough! It's simply about rebalancing maybe.

Yeah once you get the jist off the economy and the way to interact with the other factions its easy to be completely in control of the entire map, I just started a Frankie Donovan playthrough on boss level I spent the 1st year building my brewery infrastructure and then set uo standing orders with everyone selling whisky I was then earning 25k a week with only one speakeasy this then allowed me to buy and upgrade anything i wanted with no opposition against me for an entire year in my opinion it was to easy for me to get way to poweful under the other factions noses, still love this game though ive not stioped playing it since the day it came out.
