Playing Ricky in WINE on Linux

Does anyone know how to do this, I've copied both DD/Arma and Ricky to a directory in my home folder, and try to run it with a command:

wine '/home/myaccount/.wine_c/program files/paradox/doomsday/doomsday.exe'

But i just get errors saying things like "Can't find country.csv" etc.

Any suggestions would really be appreciated.

The easy way is to do the following:

1. Install wine

2. Download Play on Linux.

3. Install the game.

4. Rename avi folder to avi.old.

5. Use Play on Linux to install a working version of wine. Search wineappdb for best working version. Ricky doesn't work under the latest version. Try 0.9.45

I haven't tried Victoria (only CK and HoI2) but from that experience I'd say try cd'ing into the head directory (the one containing the executable) and just do wine ./XXX.exe
