Playstation portal double input problem

So on my sony portal when i press buttons even slightly like r1, x, or l2 it gose crazy like when i play ck3 and i press r1 or x it gose crazy it's like i pressed it 100 time even though i press it once or press it slightly please someone help me I've Reed like hundreds of reddit articles and search all over Google and I couldn't find anything
