Yes ,we do release with bugs that we know of. All software developers do, it's impossible to have a piece of software of this complexity that is completely bug free.
- Bugs are classified based on severity. Some types of bugs are show stoppers and others aren't. It's unfortunate if you think something is game breaking and we don't. This may very well be because of a miscalculation on our part or something else. We are not perfect, we do make mistakes.

I was thinking about why you dont include a list of known bugs in your patchnotes?
I know it dosent looks good if your are selling a car and are saying that this and that is not 100% working right now but it is better to get this information beforehand.

PDX title games have long playtimes and there is a lot of roleplay involved by many players and roleplay means for me to go and play a game in a special way i decided befor i start (like groogys Coptomans emperor of the HRE mp run). But a player would not have been very happy after converting and getting all electors in line if he would loose the emporeship every time after a mothe tdue to a bug).
So it would be very welcome to me to get some information that a special way of play is not recomendet at the moment because of bug ... or something like that before i start playing.
It dosent help after hours of gameplay and an occuring bug that destroys the game for you if it was a known bug or not, you are just annoyed. But if you for example know that there is a bug here and there you are going to chose a nation and narritive for your game which lets you enjoy the game by avoiding the most allready known bugs.
