Hello,

I don't quite get how storage is supposed to work. There are times where I had 850 storage space and I went to sell a large gold pile and the +280 gold floated above the gold pile that I sold but the money did not go into my treasury, thinking I needed more space so I created more chests and raised the limit to maybe 1,000 storage or close to it, and yet I have way over that in stone alone, and when you combine all of my stored resources, I'm way WAY over that 1000 storage.

So how in the world does storage actually work?

Also, if it was not a storage problem (i.e. gold is not counted in the storage limit) then there must be a bug because I did not get the 280 gold that the game indicated when I sold the large gold pile, this is just a FYI until somebody explains how storage works so I known whether or not to post a bug report about not getting the gold for the large gold pile that I sold.

The storage max (in the upper left) is the maximum for each of your resources including your gold. If you sell something (like the pile of gold from an enemy’s den) and it goes over the max you lose the extra.

But there is another thread that some have reported an issue where it seems that they might not be getting all the gold when you should be. So you might be experiencing this.

Storage indicates how much the max limit is for every resource individually.

So lets say that you have 1000 in storage-limit.
That means that you can have 1000 wealth, 1000 stone, 1000 iron and so on and so forth.

Does that help to answer your question?

Yes, yes it answered my question very well.
