20/25 TP... If I understand this correctly, it was a 20/25-tonne heavy tank? Not really a "heavy", then. ;) But all was different before the war, so why not. :)

Pretty much so. Support tank just like KV-2, though the project was scrapped later and the name 25TP would probably be used for this medium tank:

This modern medium tank wouldn't be ready before 194 and probably 14TP would be used before that time:

Poland's probalem was lack of facilities for production of more advanced tanks and of money of course. Because 7TP was considered obsolate and efforts to purchase French Somua (they refused) or Czech medium tanks (too late, it was occupied before) failed, only from 1940 it was possible to produce decent numbers of armored vehicles after the majority of industrial projects of the COP would be ready so there would be both advanced facilities and funds.

Sucks to sustain sensible economic policy sometimes.

I've just ordered two, large works about pre-war and wartime POL forces - over 2000 pages of reading...

The idea is to close the question of leaders for this country.

The file is supposed to work with the AoD and if necessary with mods.

I also found more images to use, only modern airplanes and ships might be not covered, except some basic images.

This can make Poland a very interesting country to play. Cheers! :)
