April 1, 1938 Playing as Germany, IC-Arma 1.04. I got Yugo and Bulgaria in the Axis, and almost had Poland, but the Anschluss fired, and I was afraid I'd lost the Poles. With the next attempt however, a 71% chance was good enough. Now what? Should I plan on a 1939 invasion of the USSR? (I'm about +40 with them, but -200 with France and -147 with UK) Is a move against the West still the best action?

I am inclined to think an Eastern attack makes more sense, but I will not have many (German) troops for that. The Polish Infantry are level III (as are mine now...?).

Opinions?

Save game and play all kind of scenarios:

1) Attack West in 1940 and USSR in 1941
2) Attack only USSR in 1940 or 41
3) Stay on the defensive and wait for any of them to DoW you
4) Plan a full attack and DoW everyone - UK, US, USSR !

Thanks. BTW, was there ever a fix to the Intelligence problem - the AI killing all your spies? I couldn't find anything to edit in misc.txt...?
