But you can change the colour-theme to white on black or blue in the "Theme" tab on the top

On the one hand, I am glad this game will not be a direct successor to AoW3; still modding and enjoying the game immensely, and a sequel would definitely quell the longevity of AoW3. On the other hand, I'm more into fantasy than sci-fi. But I'm eager to see what "magic" Triumph will use to conjure up the exciting strategy gameplay we all love and recognise.

Pretty much that. They could drop a load in a box and I'd seriously consider buying it. Triumph has earned my trust. I'll be pre-ordering. And I might buy extra copies to give away if it is as good as any of the other Age of Wonders games. Like seriously have they ever made a bad strategy game? XD
