While reading this AAR, I decided to re-start my Prussia Game. Compared to this AAR I did not achieve much until 1553.

Hey Fantastic AAR and I am glad to see it is still being worked on! Umm a day or two ago you guys were having a debate over Collection Centers and How to supply provinces with resources from other provinces and whether military control, fleets, infrastructure, and the presence of a collection center had anything to do with it. Well that all gets answered I found in page 85 of the Manual. It gets quite indepth on the whole issue, enjoy. Also Page 84 Defines the exact purpose of collection centers, the theoretical and the constructed kind.
Edit: Also I've Discovered that in the Manual (Page 91 bottom of the page) that it says the Exploitation and Collection Center Structures are indeed limited in number (of how many can be built) I do not know if this is still valid as of 1.01i, or even if it was true as of the release version but it is stated in the manual.

In reality the UK was the defender of Belgium's independence.
