Hi. I noticed the overview shows less as upkeep as the detail tooltip. In this example 3 minerals in total and 4 in tooltip.

Yeah that right cause the job description tell you what it cost for the job ie 3 mineral for the research. However tool tip includes the cost of the pop up as well. It shows it for all jobs check regular empire and you see food and consumer good up keep as well
