This may not be a bug, but the 1914 scenario has macedonia.csv and macedonia_greek.csv both specifying Greek population... Why?

AFAIK countries are .inc files. One certainly is larger in magnitude, and covers more provinces. The macedonia_greek (smaller) is probably the one to # out, as they do overlap.LordScod said:

There is no such country in Victoria. Perhaps it is not an error - as population sizes differ in two files - but unless someone HAS a reason to keep two files around, I'm betting it's a bug.LordScod said:

After further review, I have come to no personal conclusion yet regarding Macedonia, but I am pretty sure that there ought to be some POPs in Kerkira and Naxos, and they are empty in the 1914 scenario.Mishko said:
edit: I'll take the other side of that bet. Neither file in and of itself seems redundant to me, but that one gave starting figures, and one later added after some balancing was done. Now there may be some redundant elements within the respective files (totals seem a little high), but elements of each file are needed, so comment out my comment out comment.
Also noticed, maybe elsewhere reported - Serbia not selectable in 1914. WAD?
