Description​

The error is 'has_wargoal_against: invalid target country for trigger has_wargoal_against:'

The focus effects seem to grant all of the wargoals that are intended, just that 'has_wargoal_against' can no longer be scoped for.

Attached is a version of the focus file that will not generate these errors, in case a community fix can be put in the game. Hope this helps, I know it's not a major bug.
