(Ricky + hotfixes)
Province 1577 (Xiangfan) has 1525 (Bo Hai) listed under port, despite being located in central China, far from any coastline - while on the other hand province 1576 (Tangshan) which actually borders Bo Hai does not have a port reference. Seems to me that it ought to be the other way around.
I discovered this after having spent a few centuries in EU2 & Vicky gradually conquering China. Despite having lost all their coastal provinces, they were somehow constantly placing their vessels (which they no longer had any reason for building, really) in *my* province of Tangshan. A look at saved games revealed that these ships were technically located in the inland province of Xiangfan, which prompted an examination of their province.csv listings.
