Port Selection nessesary

Hi all

I hawe huge problem whit my hoi2 game.My f... internet provider has block some ports,so programs like
torent,kaza,eMule...dont work and by case,hoi2 seams to use same ports for its multyplayer gaming
so i cant play online.I get note (when try to connect to server)please check firewall(dont hawe)
router(dont hawe) bla bla bla...I know this is becouse of int.provider so i was thinking coud i change
port thet hoi2 use for online playing im sure it can,byt i cant find thet enyware in game files.
Coud somebodu tell me please where to look for them and change them so i can finaly play.If you know please,please help.

sory dude i dont understand,how can i use program hamachi to play hoi2 ower
net on diffrent ports?pls exp lil bether please.
