I got this weird bug kinda thing when trying to import an FBX file.

I had no problem importing FBX files before 1.1 so this 'tail' as i call it, first happens after 1.1. I feel i have tried every possible thing i could think of that could cause this.. but i got no clue.. so if anyone know if this is a bug or if the import settings are redone in 1.1 please let me know!

Thanks so much!

Edit: By the way i had NO mods enabled while importing. So don't think mods are causing it..

not sure what I am looking at, mainly because I don't know what the main model is supposed to look like so I don't know whats wrong exactly. also, what "thing" are you trying to make? (building, prop, vehicle, etc...) the type may have something to do with what your are experiencing. I just finished importing 4 new park assets with custom .fbx data with no issues.

Its a 2x3 square metro station. But for some reason it gets stretched out when importing. This happens no matter what type of building I select as template.

That long mesh in the read circle shouldn't be there.

This is how it should look:

Edit: I have also tried importing some other models i made and one just now for test.. and it happens to all of them no mater what type it is imported as..

rik4000 posted something similar just a day or so ago, think he said he had to manually delete polys/tris until he found the one causing the issue. He's since resolved and working fine.

Not much help am afraid, but I havent experienced the issue yet so can't comment more than that

Thanks, i will try to take a close look at the models they are pretty simple so should be easy too find mistakes!

It is just weird that it started happening after 1.1 and with all my models.. Before it worked smooth as butter!

Edit: Tried making a total new model. Just a square 1x1 block (8x8 m) And it does the same thing.. and can't find any mistakes on the model above either :(

And just tested it with a lod model (copied the model and renamed i 'name_LOD') And that works so when i zoom out the model becomes normal, and when i zoom in again it does that stretching from the images in my first post. Just weird..
