"Liberation of Canada" event = 14138 from 1.4

I believe the sole US province in Canada is a result of this event, but I can't be sure.

Hmm, that is an odd one. Can you check the history log to see if the 'Liberation of Canada' event occured, & whether the US went with choice A (Liberate Canada) or choice B (Create Satellite States)?

I assume that's choice A?
