You should be OK on a little bit lower settings. Although you do with a new graphics card.

Cpu about recommended, gpu about minimum.
cpu better than minimum, gpu a bit lower than minimum. On the pluss side your having 12GB ram and running a light OS. I think you should be ok. But turn off Compiz when playing
Your gpu is lower than minimum. Your cpu is better than minimum and you only have 4GB. I think the game will run, but how well nobody knows. Wait to after the game is released and see how well teh games runs before buying it.
