I think this is the first time I've managed to form Hindustan, and it's certainly the first time I've gone Sirhind > Delhi > Hindustan. Pretty sure I've united India before, probably from Jaunpur and/or Vijayanagar, but that resulted in an olive green blob*, not white.

*Edit: That would have been Bharat, so I guess must have been as Vijayanagar. I do think this is my first 'Hindustan'.

Yarkand is my vassal, and my strategy relied on a strong alliance with Bahmanis and Bengal. There was quite a long period where I alternated between taking Vijayanagar and those Indonesian provinces, until I was able to attack Bahmanis when they somehow lost their alliance with Bengal.

Bengal was fairly massive, extending up into Asia, as well as holding a large part of Eastern India, but I was by then allied with Ottomans, Ayutthya and Wu.

Not a huge points total, but I'm second only to the Ottomans in land and military. Edit: I'm actually third on the great powers list, behind Spain, who have a large new world empire.

Why failed? You still have 140 years from screenshot - and those are BEST years for WC. You max admin efficiency, you unlock imperialism CB and client states... And you already got huge part done! I bet you still can WC from this position very easily, do not give up so close to your intended goal

Poland > Commonwealth. Moldavia is my march, Hungary my PU.

Allies: France and Tuscany > Italy. Also Westphalia until they got too big and wanted to become Germany by taking my provinces.

Note: no Austria, no Bohemia. I was prevented from taking a quite large Lubeck by Westphalia and her allies, so wasn't able to shift my trading port to Lubeck, but in the late game I was making stupid amounts of money in the Baltic node, so it scarcely mattered.

At this point, the HRE is pretty irrelevant, but still exists, with Spain as emperor.

France, at one point, had taken the south coast of England, and looked set to take the whole of the British Isles (which is what I tend to do), but I guess just failed to build an adequate navy.

Probably my best Poland run, and the first time in a while that I've been able to beat the Ottomans.

With Paint.net, using in-game files like the map screenshot you take pressing f10, the heighmap.bmp, and others files
 
Nothing special, really, but I did complete the missions for once.
