Preordered game on steam, did not recieve the preorder DLC [SOLVED]

as the title says, about a week or so ago I preordered EU4, and today I downloaded it, but it didn't have the preorder DLC installed. Is there something I have to do to activate it?

I got the deluxe edition, btw, if it makes a difference.

Hi bananasgomop,

Could you go to your steam library, right click on Europa Universalis IV and click on properties. Then go to the DLC tab and reply to this thread with the dlc's that are listed there.

As you can see, it doesn't even show the preorder DLC, but I preordered the game (as you can tell from my user icons)

Have you already tried restarting Steam to see if that solved the problem?

yes, I have restarted the game and steam already. It did not fix the problem.

if you would like to see my steam receipt for the game, i can upload that too.

I have the exact same problem. I can't find the CK2 conver ter.

update: all the dlc is showing up now, including the ck2 converter, i restarted steam a third time and then everything showed up

the ck2 converter is under your CK2 game
