Hi,
I preordered the game Star Trek: Infinite Deluxe but I cannot see the game in my order list.
On the Paradox Website the game ain't shown in the "My games" page.

So, anyone can give me a hint where to find it? As far as I know the preordered game is a steam version, so I need the activation key.

Thank you very much.

Karsten

Yes, but does Steam show the game in your Game library?
Here it does not show the game.

I preordered Star Trek: Infinite on the Paradoy Website, not in Steam. I missed noticing that in the opening post.
My account at the paradox website does not show the game anywhere. I am used, that, when I buy a game at the publishers website I receive a Steam key or otherwise a key for the paradox launcher.

In Steam when I visit the shop the ST:I page at steam tells me, that I can put eighter the standard or the premium version into the shopping cart.
There is no word, that I already own the deluxe version.

So this is what I'd like to know. Will I get the option, to install ST:I by the Paradox launcher or will I receive a key for steam? When and how will I receive this key? Via email or in my account -> games library at the paradox website?

Generally you will receive the key when the game is being released (maybe a few hours before that). So expect it some time tomorrow.

I've tried activating the game through this website, but I get a message that an unknown error occurred when trying to communicate with Steam . And it's not showing up in my Steam library. So now what?
