Preordered stellaris, but can't see stellaris bonus content

Hello,

I just preordered stellaris from steam, i can see it in my games library, after that i synced that steam account with my paradox accoount.
All went well, i can see it in "games" section on paradox site, but when i go to "keys", there are no stellaris bonus content to activate. I should have two bonus DLC, but there are none. When i log in to paradox forum, i can change my avatar picture to blorg, so i think i did everything ok.
I also tried to deactivate link to my steam account and then add it again, but with no luck.

Please, can you look into it?

It seems that you don't get bonus content when you pre-order, only if you played project Augustus when it was published. I'll leave this thread active, in case someone else have the same problem.

Correct, the bonus content from the clicker game is unrelated to having pre-ordered Stellaris or not.

Pre-order content should become available once the game is released (or possibly after, for the Creatures of the Void pack).

I played the clicker game but I don't see the bonus content either.

Regardless, this is pretty annoying way to release content. I always hated companies who do this.

I logged out of my forum account and then back in and then the bonus content appeared.

I have the misfortune of being unable to find all my extra pre-order goodies. I pre-ordered the galaxy edition from steam as you can see on my portrait, but I cannot access the wallpaper with all your lovely signatures, the novel, the art, nothing. The game works wonderfully even for how shitty of a computer I have, but as I mentioned I haven't been able to access my pre-order rewards so I would appreciate some assistance.
