I have preset game rules saved and am making sure I have them loaded and ready to go before creating a game featuring new characters for the 1066 start date.
This is taking me over an hour to set up each time, due to there not being a save custom game feature. When I have finally finished creating the characters, I check to make sure my preset game rules are loaded before starting the game - and they are.
However, as soon as I press “play” and start the game, the default game rules are loaded, not my presets. As I am not able to change these after the game has started, I find I have completely wasted my time and have not got the custom game setup I wanted to create.
