Yet my point remains. The price in Poland is not exceptionally high.
The key point is not Germany in that comparison but the rest of the Euro zone especially those countries with a comparable income to Poland.
But you are the first who have compared it to Germany, and you are now the one who is withdrawing from this comparation, because I've shown that your own argument proofs that I'm right.

Technically true and yet irrelevant to my point.

First of all: You could opt for the subscription model if you really are starting by "I don't own anything EU4 related" and want to go to "Gimme all".
And secondly: Compare to Euro. The "all in" game costs (without discounts) about 400€ (or 5€/month for subscription). Even in one of the richer Euro-countries (Germany) this would amount to about 1/3 of monthly median income (According to https://worldpopulationreview.com/country-rankings/median-income-by-country).
Most other Euro countries have a (far) lower median (some even below that of Poland) but still the same price. Euro is Euro.

So, no. The price in Poland isn't (even after the increase) exceptionally high.
You could argue that the price over all is quite high. And I'd tend to agree. But you could wait for sales. Or just pick the subscription.
Only EU4 and CK2 have subscription. I'm ok, with higher price for CK3, but not for Stellaris.

Your point is irrelevant to this discussion, because you are ignoring any facts, even these ones which you have presented for yourself, which makes it not a "point" but just your opinion. And opinions may not be connected with reality. Like yours.

Pretend for a moment I never even mentioned Germany and read my post with that in mind. The particular income of Germany is not relevant to my point. I only mentioned it to show that even in richer countries the price is quite high-ish.

But your point is that the price is high for the income in Poland. Which is simply not true if compared to countries with similar income of the Euro zone. The link I provided gives you all the numbers you'll need for that comparison.

Either way that was my last post in that regard. Make of it what you will.

I suggest you to at least consider to make purchasing your games as a complete package easier, more accessible over time. Implement real discounts on DLCs that released years ago and offer some nice packages, collections in your games which you already have in some of your games in a limited fashion.

Our sale ended at 18:00 CET so no, I'm afraid not. You missed it due to time zones and that's why we specify CET. Also, this is not the thread for questions like this so please keep anything posted related to the price changes.

Well steam did specify it was ending on the 24 th rather than the 23rd at 18:00 cet(wich seems a bit weird as a deadline).so i think there was a miscommunication on someone’s part.

How is 1800 a weird deadline? It's when they often have released games (especially in recent years) and it's at the end of the work day, but at a time when peopel still can be at work until the end time, in case some action is needed to be done. So actually makes a lot of sense to have it end at the end of business hours.

I have seen that the prices of their games have increased, however they have not done so with all of them. The games that have not suffered increases such as magicka will remain at that value?

I held back from saying anything until I saw what they changes would be. I just took a look at Stellaris after the price changes. A 35% increase in prices for items including years' old DLC is honestly really disgusting. That does not make sense when in real terms my purchasing power has gone down, not up. I was *already* putting off getting DLC, in general, because of high prices. Your pricing is already not competitive considering I can get other, full games, and not just DLC for the equivalent amount during sales large sales. Now I'm just going to outright remove my missing DLC from my wishlist and am likely to never buy them unless you begin to offer realistic prices and discounts again. And don't even get me started on how Cities: Skylines is now pretty much impossible to get back into after supporting it at launch and for the first couple of DLC due to cost.

I hope that's helpful feedback from someone who has bought many, many of your games and DLC for decades and even preordered on occasion and had to deal with truly broken releases (like both of the previous HoI). The sad thing is that I know you did not learn your lessons from the last time and that you will never adjust your prices downward again.

i guess its my fault i didn't get into the details of the sale and just assumed it ends at midnight like in some other companies and brands i usually purchase from, so at least on a personnal standard it is a weird deadline
