Will ‘The slammer’ update be coming to Xbox One or PS4 Anytime soon, And will all DLC/updates be coming to Consoles regardless?

I believe it has been released or is soon to be released with bugs being ironed out before release, It just takes longer to build and release on console versions (including updates).
DLC for the console is all there, Just have to pay a lot for them.
