I wasn't aware we released PA on Origin, just Steam? When did you get this please?
FYI the PDX launcher mentioned is the one build into th e game, not the separate standalone one which I suspect is the one you say you already have.

i got the game with EA progrem called "Origin Access"

Origin Access is a subscription program with monthly pay, and you get games in Origin as long as you pay, and that include PA and other 3rd party Origin games such as Cities Skyline, here is my Origin library, that include PA, the game worked well until the latest patch, now it won't work even after I installed paradox launcher

As I say, the standalone Paradox launcher has nothing to do with the built-in launcher this game is trying to start.
Please attach the log file called out in that error.
Does the game make a log file here?

That log shows the game version as 'the clink", which is the previous one. Have Origin not yet got the current version "the slammer"?
In any case there should be an update to the launcher this game uses very soon, I'd expect that to fix this problem. Quite when Origin will get it out I cannot say.

Maybe Origin got a glitched update or something? I don't know, since it went bad after September patch, which is called "The Slammer", maybe the launcher update don't work with Origin?
