Prisoner Capacity Colours are off

When you hover the cursor over the indicator for Prisoners and Prisoner Capacity, the colours for each different security level don't match between number and capacity.
Not Gamebreaking but annoying.
I'd like to add a screenshot, but my Laptop doesn't comply to my bidding.
