Prisoner Mass Release frees Prisoners for a Favor

Description​

The Mass Release button should only release prisoners for gold (as said in the corresponding tooltip). But the Mass Releases releases prisoners for a favor too.

Steps to reproduce​

Open Savegame, go to the Courtiers and prisoners tab. Press the Mass Release button and the character Marcin is released for a favor.
