Prisoners in dungeon get court Health benefits

Description​

If I put someone in the dungeon, I expect them to rot. Instead, they continue to receive Court amenities including the Health bonus. Bonuses from Court (Health, Prestige, Scheme Defense, etc) need to be disabled as soon as someone enters the dungeon.

Steps to reproduce​

I can attach a save but you should be able to reproduce it in any game, I have noticed it happening anytime I have high-level Court facilities.
