Hello, I'd like to ask for some help to figure out the reasons of the issues I have and the ways to prevent them.

All the two issues I'm about to address have occurred in one prison.

1. Prisoners not moving during Free time
This is something I have not experienced before. When the regime turns Free time, some prisoners stop moving where they are (not idling. They stop still without drifting) with their needs increasing. Changing the Free time into Yard, Eat, Work, or Lockup makes them move but when setting it back to Free time, the same prisoners freeze again.
I found a solution where you dismantle all Drink Machines across the prison, which is weird because they have been there since the very early phase of gameplay, and it helped, resolved the issue. But I don't understand why and how this could happen.

2. Game crashes at 19:00
Game crashes during gameplay at 19:00 in-game time with no error message left.
It's the first time this issue occurred in this prison after 44 prison-days, 62 hours in real time.

No mod was ever used, Windows-Korean, Steam-English, Launcher-English, Game-English (in case it matters)

I'm also attaching fresh debug and DxDiag files in case they are be of help.

I hope you guys look into this. Thank you!

No mod was ever used,
You sure about that? There are 20 mod sub directories mentioned in that log!

Please try this:

- uninstall PA from Steam
- unsubscribe from all mods in this game's Steam Workshop

Delete the following folders if still present:

- Steam/SteamApps/common/PA
- C:/users/<UserName>/AppData/Local/Introversion/Prison Architect/
(keep any valued save games, of course)
To see the AppData folder you'll need to enable View Hidden Items in File Explorer.

Now install PA again and see how that goes please! First test with a new prison, then with the problem one you have.

Ahhhh shite.. I didn't know I had to super-clear them.. thought deactivating them all before starting a prison would be enough.

I followed all your instructions and started a new prison for a while, less than an hour, and loaded the most recent 2 save files, and the two crash at 19:00 the same...

Is there anything I could do more? I hope there are!!!!

Sorry, are you saying a new prison works fine, but the older ones still crash? If so did they ever have any mods used in them?

Yes new prisons work fine. But at the same time, it is just hard to say they work fine because the savefile that is suffering the crash issue started to crash after 44 prison-days, 62 hours in real time. (I always turn on Slow Time in Extras - Mutators) So I need to build whole new prisons for at least like 30 real-time hours to verify that the game has no issue for new prisons.

If so did they ever have any mods used in them?
- No I did not "use" any mods in the game. I made sure to deactivate all mods before starting my prison, not after starting it. But as you pointed out, I still had those mod folders and files in /appdata/Local/Introversion/Prison Architect/ all along.

So far as I know, if you never enabled mods in a prison then it cannot have been affected by the mod files just sitting there.

The mutator is another issue, I don't play this game so I'm not sure of the consequences of that.

All I can think of is you attaching the save here, or a link to it if it is too big to attach, so others can see if they get the crash with it too.

Hello, I tried other things as well.
I updated Windows, delete & reinstalled PA, and verified integrity the files after installing.

The game works, then it crashes. I open the game and it works okay again.. then it crashes again after a few hours.
This is what was happening so far. And finally I encountered this inevitable crash.

I attached the savefile. My game crashes within 5-in-game minutes after loading. Maybe reinstalling the game will fix this but reinstalling is not a solution as far as i am concerned

It crashed for me too, so that prison is definitely bugged. I'm afraid I see little hope for it; I can log a bug on it but even if they can find what triggered it, there's no guarantee that fix will repair an affected save file (just prevent it from happening again)

I'm very sorry for that problem!
