Some prisoners won't sleep anymore. Half the prison goes to sleep, while the rest wanders around their cell until the next day. This bug has been reported before by others as well, so it's not just me.

Comfy beds are the one to blame. Try rotating them or switching to normal bed. Janitors are also unavailable to deliver clothing to cells with comfy beds so thats also a big problem with them.
I've got this one as well with bunk beds in dorms and normal beds in the asylum. Some do sleep, but not even 50%.
I've had this issue for a while, some prisoners develop a sleep need and will use their beds. However, the majority do not have a sleep need and will spend the entire night pacing the length of their cell. All my cells are dormitories, contain bunk beds and have two prisoners.
Me crying my eyes out because I hadn't known this was an issue and had already built a HUGE prison using these beds
