Prisoners refuse to work no matter what I do

Hi, so I have started playing prison architect again recently, and I have researched prison labor and used logistics to assign prisoners to rooms like the laundry, workshop, cleaning cupboard, etc. I have also taken care of their needs, and most of my prisoners are content, however not a single prisoner has taken up a job since I started playing and I have made 3 save files all with the same issue, can someone tell me what Im doing wrong? There is also no demand for any programs except parole, I don't understand what Im missing

What you need to do is go into the policy tab, and allow your prisoners to work, based on security level. It start off with all of it disabled for some reason.

, I can't find or authorize prisoners to work in the policy tab, I have nutritional policy, visiting policy and other policy ....... and I can't find the authorization to make my prisoners work. Good evening to you and thank you in advance for the time offered to answer me

I have been having the same issue, but with Protective Custody inmates it doesn't let you adjust the privilege policy. Any idea why?

This has been present since the last free update (as far as I know). I really want to get all of the DLC again, but I am so hesitant to buy any more with all of the bugs that just seem to make the game unplayable after a point.

Death Row and Protective Custody, it is impossible to put an X in the box, and even then, with the box unchecked for Work Programmes, I still get Max Security inmates working jobs in the list which should be restricted (Workshop) Which isn't a bug, because that restriction only prevents them attending the work programme initial course (lesson).If a prisoner does something to have his sec upgraded, but he still has qualifications in carpentry etc, he will still be allowed to work there; which is stupid.
