So im just chilling with my brand new prison finally built after 30 hours. I got about 200 prisoners in each equal in the security level excluding the protective and insane crimials. But then out of no where the gang leaders that I had assinged to supermax were now running around with the maximum prioners wearing there unifor too. I took a peek at the prisoners I had and... what I saw caught me off gaurd what used to be about a 50-50-50-50 was now a 50-6-142-2. For some reason all my prisoners were now maximum security when no riot or such have accured. I just shurgged it off at first and thought it was a one time bug... but it happened again, then again, and now im sick of changing my leaders secuity and the protective security back to were they came from. This bug seems to happen the most with gang memeber bringing them all into maximum security, but that doesnt explain why that other 80% of medium secuity always gets set to maximum also. But that is not all, this is the first prison I have built after the Gangs DLC was released so im still ajusting to the new rules, but clearly when I say that there is a limit to 5 gang officers The Bone Breakers could care less and go out and get themselves 6 excluding the gang leader. Ill proved the photos once I catch the bug once more.

Ah, so with the gang officers, if you set it to five that means for a gang to have one officer it needs 5 members. So if you have 30 gang members you can have 6 officers.

As for the prisoners changing security level. Are you running any mods? If not, could I see a save file please?

I am not using any mods due to me being to lazy to get any and do you need any specific save file for me to show.
 
You have Gang Special Reputations enabled. With that enabled, the gangs tend to be a LOT more violent and will start mayhem more often. Also, since you have Dynamic Reputations enabled, with the higher increase in crimes being committed will give your inmates a lot more chances to develop new reputations making them even more violent and deadlier (i.e.: you'll start having a lot of legendary criminals running around soon, mostly gang members).

I'd suggest disabling one of them and not running the game with both options on as after several weeks of playing your prison will be overrun with violent criminals.
