Prisoners Stuck on Prison Bus

Had intake closed while I built this prison from scratch with unlimited funds. Finally opened my intake and only my first bus full of prisoners unloaded. The next one moved into position and seemingly got stuck. I can click on the prisoners in the bus, but they aren't coming out and my guards aren't going to get them. Even tried waiting till the next intake to see if that would trigger something, but nothing is happening. Can anyone help?

Give us deployment view as well, please.
It also may be the case that there isn't enough space.

Since the prisoners are clickable, I found a workaround: Click on one then search cell block and the guards pull each prisoner off the buses and search them then throw them in their cells. Hoping there's a simpler solution somewhere out there... But here's my deployment view.

This -SHOULD- be the save game if anyone wants to try to mess with it..

It would be appreciated if any experienced players could check into the same as see what the problem might be ... this obviously doesn't happen to everyone all the time!
